Acne

Acne skin is a problem that affects not only teenagers. Incorrect work of sebaceous glands makes blackheads and papular and pustular eruptions appear on the skin, which are difficult to deal with.

Acne is the result of increased sebum production in the sebaceous glands and excessive keratinisation of skin cells. The exfoliated cells block the glands and the secretions that accumulate in them form blackheads, which is a breeding ground for bacteria and a source of inflammation, the consequence of which may be acne scars in the future.

Treatment and proposed therapies are complex and often long-lasting, but with regular procedures you can avoid scars or unsightly discolouration.
