At a certain age, the skin of a woman’s face begins to lose its beautiful, youthful appearance, there are more and more pronounced signs of ageing. However, there are problems that often home methods do not work. These are usually natural processes associated with the inexorable passage of time. And yet, because they are natural does not mean that we cannot prevent them or even reverse their effects. The latest achievements of aesthetic medicine offer us numerous treatments that allow you to restore the perfect appearance of the skin. So here are the most popular facial treatments for 5-year-olds that our cosmetologists recommend.
Contaminated facial skin
Proper skin care is not only taking care of its proper tension, nutrition and hydration, but also making sure that it is well cleansed.
Dark spots visible on the face are blackheads, which appear as a result of clogged skin pores with remnants of exfoliated epidermis, fat and environmental pollution. And although they do not affect our health, they look very unsightly and make the skin look older. That is why it is worth fighting with them.
We recommend medical scrubs for this problem. These are non-invasive methods thanks to which your skin will be perfectly cleansed and smooth. They also allow you to remove pigmented lesions and sun spots, small scars and wrinkles. So the skin looks younger as a result.
Medical peel (or chemical peel) is only carried out by qualified personnel using acids appropriate for the skin type and problem.
Discolouration of the skin may appear as a result of too frequent and intense sunbathing, some diseases, the influence of hormones or the use of photosensitising drugs. They have the form of ugly dark spots on the skin and it is difficult to mask them, even using expressive makeup.
Fortunately, discolouration removal is possible thanks to the use of laser therapy. The laser beam of a certain length is directed straight into the pigmented lesions visible on the skin and it penetrates into melanin – the dye found in the dermis. Under the influence of radiation, melanin breaks down and discolouration disappears.
Broken blood vessels
The blue threads visible on the skin are so-called spider veins – dilated blood vessels. This is a serious aesthetic problem, which, however, can most often be remedied effectively. In this case, fractional laser therapy will also work great.
Closing blood vessels with a laser brings great results after the first treatment – the appearance of the facial skin improves and the spider veins disappear.
With age, the skin becomes less elastic and dry. This is due to the disappearance of hyaluronic acid, but other factors such as stress, fatigue and lack of sufficient oxygen contribute to it as well.
Of the many cosmetic methods available, it is recommended to use the least invasive treatments that allow in-depth skin care. Oxygen infusion is just such a method.
The treatment involves treating the skin with clean, compressed oxygen, along with which active substances such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, retinol and amino acids are introduced. The composition of such a nutritional cocktail is determined individually to the needs of each patient.
The effect is visible after the first treatment, but a series of about six repetitions is usually needed to achieve the desired results. The effects of the therapy last about half a year.
With age, the amount of collagen and elastin fibers in the skin decreases, which makes it a natural scaffold. The result is a loss of firmness and proper tension. The therapy should therefore be based on rebuilding this structure.
Modelling of the face oval can be carried out thanks to the hyaluronic acid filling treatment, which, next to collagen fibers, is the second most important factor that is responsible for firmness and provides optimal skin tone.
Filling with hyaluronic acid involves introducing it into the skin with a thin needle to those places where its loss of elasticity and elasticity is visible.
This method is not only effective, but also safe – hyaluronic acid naturally occurs in the skin’s structures, so its use does not pose a risk of an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity. It can also be used for thin and very sensitive skin, as well as for the cleavage and around the lips.
An effective facelift will also be provided by a treatment using the so-called PDO threads, which are soluble threads that stimulate collagen synthesis in the skin. It takes a dozen or so days to notice the first effects, but they last for up to 2 years.
Modern medicine also allows you to get rid of the most characteristic signs of aging, namely wrinkles that after the age of 50 are usually very numerous and visible and are the bane of many women and men alike.
Therefore, after 50, it is worth using the tried and tested method included in the anti-ageing category. And this is botulinum toxin injection, commonly referred to as botox. The toxin has the ability to block connections between muscles and nerve endings, thus limiting muscle spasms. The most important effect of this procedure is the reduction of mimic wrinkles – crow’s feet around the eyes, transverse and vertical furrows on the forehead and between the eyebrows disappear.
The effectiveness of this method is very high, and you can enjoy the effects for up to 6 months.
Lack of skin volume
The passage of time also deprives our skin of volume, which becomes thin and delicate. The already mentioned filling with hyaluronic acid is a good method to improve the appearance of the skin. But to improve the condition of the skin, we can also use the Radiesse method, which is based on the administration of a semi-liquid preparation consisting of calcium hydroxyapatite particles suspended in a gel matrix. The great advantage of this method is that it not only fills the skin, but also stimulates it to produce new collagen fibers, and its effects last up to two years.
It is a sensational method for people with delicate skin prone to allergies and irritation, and for those who want to get rid of wrinkles.
The problem of dry lips will be solved by needle mesotherapy – injection of red lips with hyaluronic acid, which ensures the proper hydration of the skin. Also remember to use protective lipstick, especially in winter, and to drink enough fluids.
In the event that your skin is gray, tired and devoid of glow, it is worth using needle mesotherapy. This method involves injecting specially composed cocktails with vitamins, amino acids, hyaluronic acid and minerals into the skin. Such nourished skin becomes radiant, rested and bright.
Not only teenagers, but also adults face the problem of acne scars. These changes usually take the form of hollows in the skin and can be very extensive, disfiguring the entire face of the affected person.
This is another of many problems that we can solve using a fractional laser. The impulses emitted by it cause coagulation of scar tissue, in which new, healthy skin is produced. In addition to high efficiency, this procedure has other advantages – it is painless, minimally invasive, and does not require a recovery period. It is intended for all skin types and its effects are permanent.
Hair is the biggest ornament of every woman, provided it is on the head. Around the face it is undesirable. Therefore, its regular removal should be one of the basic care treatments. And yet we cannot always use home methods – sometimes you need to reach for methods available only in the beauty salon.
One of the most effective methods is of course laser hair removal which is gentle to the skin, but extremely deadly to the hair. You just have to remember that several treatments are needed to remove hair, but the effects are satisfactory and long-lasting.
The treatments we present are among the most modern ones and are performed only by qualified personnel – this is aesthetic medicine at the highest level. It is a guarantee of satisfaction and safety of every patient.
